And it is with the spirit of 'Ayatana' that THAI's mission is to redefine every traveller's experience from pre-flight to post-flight, especially what travellers see, taste, smell, hear, touch or feel all throughout their journey. Covering all touch points, this includes advertising, our website, reservations, ticket offices, check-in areas, airport lounges, cabin interior décor, in-flight entertainment, crockery, food, in-flight service, and crew uniforms. Everything has been re-invented to enhance a travel experience with a blend of contemporary Thai culture.
